What’s Next For Your Studio [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]?

The more years you’ve been in business Reader, the more years that pivoting, patching and the unplanned workarounds forced by growth have left your Studio’s systems in need of a reno.

What bears the load is obvious—you.

But you’ve been at this long enough to know that if you pull the one, or two things, that aren’t working apart, you risk everything else crumbling around them. Because it’s what you can’t see, the foundation underneath, that your gut is telling you, needs to change.

Now that you’re mid-career, it’s not about luck, it’s about creating strategic opportunities that build your brand, your portfolio, your relationships and your wealth on repeat. But you can’t build momentum if you’re stuck, settling or waiting for things—that you can live with—to get better.

What if the next version of your business didn’t have to be a total gut job? What if it was as clean as an edit?

The Studio Edit (TSE) is designed to help mid-career designers, architects and makers re-define what their Studio’s next level looks like, edit what isn’t working and strategically build the momentum they need to get there now.

The higher you climb, the fewer people can see the view from where you’re standing. It’s why we’re editing the room. TSE includes live, laser group coaching; a cohort of curated, boutique studio founders; and a digital curriculum across all aspects of running a design studio, plus the option for private coaching.

Studio founders will walk away with a premium, custom Visibility Strategy that works: the first time.

Joining me as a Visibility Advisor inside TSE is Vanessa Kogevinas a dual-certified Life & Health Coach. Her editorial work includes over 50 published design features across major design shelter publications. She’s also produced high-end social events, a dozen showhouses, conferences, and events for brands like LUXE Interiors + Design/SANDOW, WestEdge Design Fair, La Cienega Design Quarter and The City of Beverly Hills/Greystone Mansion, among many others. We met at working on BOLD design conference way back in 2015.

TSE also has a revolving roster of Professionals in Practice who have agreed to work with us and facilitate trainings on their best studio practices in AI, digital marketing, editorial and project management. When you’re done, you’ll turn your singular vision into a polished, premium brand experience across multiple channels, one that makes your Studio a leader for many years to come.

You’re one of the first to know about TSE Reader. We start rolling enrollment on Monday, until we reach our room cap.

All founders who are a fit will be contacted for an interview. You don’t need another framework. You need a team who can see your blindspots and help you fix them. We can do that.
